Mr. Embley, throught the University of Utah and Center for Public Policy and Administration (CPPA) has developed a long-term affiliation with the Utah Attorney General's Office. Over the years, Mr. Embley has had the opportunity to provide numerous leadership, management and organizational development products and services. Recently, his affiliation has resulted in the creation and implementation of performance management and Best Practices programs for the Office. Additionally, Mr. Embley facilitates Leadership and Management Committee, activities.The mission of the Office of the Utah Attorney General is to uphold the constitution, enforce the law, provide counsel to State agencies and public officials, assist law enforcement, and protect the interests of the state, its people, environment and resources.
