This section identifies products that are fully developed and ready to go! The products consist of conference presentations, course offerings, programs, and job descriptions (the descriptions are of jobs in the financial industry).

  • All products were developed and used as a part of some type of intervention strategy with a for profit, nonprofit or public sector organization.
  • All products can be modified to meet your specific need.
  • All products are presented by Mr. Embley at a site and time designated by the client.



Conferences

This section identifies workshop or conference "break-out sections" developed in accordance with conference specifications. All presentations are supported by handout materials and most are supported by Microsoft "PowerPoint" software. Course Offerings

This section identifies course offerings developed and presented as a result of an intervention strategy for a specific client. The content of course curriculum derives from a specific needs assessment, the formal identification of leadership competencies or is from other means to systematically determine the content of the course offering. Each course outline consists of a title, specific objective, participant outcome statements, and the identification of classroom hours. Programs

A program is a training event designed to teach an audience to implement concepts outlined in a specific text. For example, an organization may want a training event written specifically for its culture and for its leadership based on the Ken Blanchard book Empowerment Takes More Than a Minute. Armed with proper permissions, Mr. Embley can organize a training event around the content of Mr. Blanchard's book.

Job Descriptions

This section references over 200 sample nonexempt and exempt job descriptions for financial institutions. What do the sample descriptions do for you and for your organization? The sample descriptions will save you time!

Your financial institution may have a need for a good description program, but the organization does not have the time, budget or people power to start a program from scratch. If the description format meets your organization's needs and sample descriptions match existing jobs, you can use them to help establish an effective and efficient description program for your organization.
